Gabrielle Sitomer -Since 1987 Gabrielle has been showing the Arabian horse. She has won a U.S. National Championship in English Pleasure JOTR a Canadian Reserve National Championship in Half-Arabian English Pleasure AAOTR and has multiple National Top Tens under her belt in Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, English and Country English Pleasure as well as Saddle Seat Equitation. Gabrielle graduated with high honors from both Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and The University of Texas Law School before joining the Houston law firm of Susman Godfrey, L.L.P. On April 9th, 2005 she married Mr. Jason Koy of Houston, where they both reside. Gabrielle's idea of the great escape from her career as a commercial litigation attorney is a trip to Haavana (in Scottsdale), her new, young Country English Pleasure Mare. Jordan DeShazer -- Jordan is currently a freshman at Klein High School where she plays Varsity Lacrosse, is a section editor for the Yearbook, is a member of the Student Council and swam for the Junior Varsity Swim Team. She loves coming to Scottsdale to go shopping-no really, to see her horse of hopefully horses. She enjoys having her retired English horse BBasktezz in her back yard where she can love on him daily. Angela Stanley -- Battaglia Farms introduces long-time friends and clients, Dr. Clay, Angela, and Cole Stanley of Coronado, California. Along with their busy schedule of raising a young son, Clay and Angela find time to travel to horse shows and enjoy wine tasting in the Sonoma Valley. In 2004, Angela won the Triple Crown in the 18-39 Division of Purebred English Pleasure with MWF Benedykt. Linda Kennedy Jackson -- Along with her busy schedule of raising two children (George and Tara) Linda finds time to assist in social and charity functions in Houston society. An avid wine connoisseur and traveler, as well as an accomplished horse woman, she has earned national honors in Half-Arabian and Purebred English, Country and Western divisions.

Russell T. Vento, Jr. -- Along with Russ's busy career of managing breeding stallions, Hucklebey Berry, Sultan's Great Day and Revival, he still finds time to ride and show. In 2001 Russ was named Number One Owner of National Champions of Arabian and Half-Arabians in the industry with three horses, Ames Queen, Monrovia X and Emirate and won the prestigious Male Amateur Horseman of the Year Award. In 2001 and 2002 Russ and his horses earned a total of 16 national championships and reserve in the United States and Canada with trainers Bob Battaglia and Joey Canda. Debby Stephens -- Debby Stephens and husband Mike are owners and breeders of Resting S Ranch in Indian Springs, Alabama as well as being owners of Justafire DGL and breeders of the most nationally decorated Purebred Arabian mare in history S Justadream. Debby is well known for her many national championships and reserve national championships in the Hunter Pleasure and Show Hack divisions both Purebred and Half-Arabian. Although Debby is a very accomplished horsewoman, her and her husband decided to take on a new goal and compete at the national level in performance with the get of their stallion Justafire DGL. In February of 2002 they purchased the Scottsdale Reserve Champion English Pleasure Junior horse Shaken Not Stirred. Less than a year later, Debby and Shake made their first show ring appearance winning a large preliminary class as well as being named champion in the Half-Arabian English Pleasure AOTR at the prestigious Gulf Coast Christmas Show. Marla Ruscitto -- Marla Ruscitto of Empress Arabians rode multi-national champion Hucklebey Berry with Battaglia Farms in the year 2000. They achieved an undefeated year in Purebred English Pleasure AOTR. The crowning achievement was being National Champion Purebred English Pleasure AOTR 18-39. With the support of her parents, Lou and Carol Ruscitto, as well as her in-house horse trainer and brother-in-law, Chad Judy, Marla has just finished a two year stay at Ithaca College in New York and has now moved to Duquene University in Pittsburgh, PA to finish up her business administration and management degree. Duquene is twenty minutes from her home in Venetia, PA where she can be closer to her family and horses. Kate Adornato -- Kate Adornato and her parents George and Deborah Adornato of Alpharetta, Georgia joined Battaglia Farms in 2002 where their first show was the Canadian Nationals. They leased multi-national champion Half-Arabian mare Ames Queen for their daughter Kate to show in Saddle-Seat Equitation. Never a question of pressure for Kate, first time to show ever just happened to be in a national arena where she was named Canadian National Champion Saddle-Seat Equitation 14-17. The Sitomer Family -- In late 2001, the Sitomer Family, Charles, Germania, Gabrielle, Elizabeth, and Amanda, joined Battaglia Farms. No strangers to the national arena in the U.S. and Canada, the family has earned national championships in English Pleasure and Hunter Pleasure in the AOTR divisions. In 2002 the Sitomer Family with their young Half-Arabian English Pleasure horse Air Touch earned the Reserve Canadian National Championship title in Half-Arabian English Pleasure AOTR 18-39, to add to their long list of other accomplishments of U.S. and Canadian nationals. Sherry Layne -- Sherry and Bruce Layne of Henderson, Nevada long time friends and clients of Battaglia Farms have earned five national championships and reserves with their Half-Arabian mare Central Park West who is the reigning 2002 Unanimous Canadian National Champion Half-Arabian English Pleasure AOTR 40+ and U.S. Reserve Unanimous National Champion Half-Arabian English Pleasure AOTR 40+ . Dorothy Fogle -- Dorothy Fogle loves life, loves horses, and loves to show. 2002 was the first year for Dorothy and Buddy Fogle of Houston, Texas to join Battaglia Farms. Dorothy achieved her long time goal of being a national champion, not only winning one but winning the United States and Canadian national championship in Half-Arabian Country Pleasure AOTR 40+ with the 11 year old gelding Cameo Encore who also was U.S. National Reserve Champion Half-Arabian Country Pleasure Open and Unanimous Canadian National Champion Half-Arabian Country Pleasure Open with Bob Battaglia. Skyler Vento -- Skyler Vento pictured with the most decorated Purebred Country Pleasure mare in Arabian history, 18 time national champion and reserve Monrovia X. In a two year career Skyler and Monrovia have won national championships at the Youth and Canadian Nationals as well as Scottsdale and regional wins in 2001 the pair won both the JOTR and JTR 13 and under, in 2002 the pair repeated their performance in their age group 14-17 winning national championships in both JOTR and JTR. Ted Blanch -- Ted Blanch never an accomplishment too big or too small for Ted whether it be in business or in the national horse show arena. Along with Ted's nationally successful AOTR Halter career, he also enjoys Driving whether it be Open or Amateur, Purebred or Half-Arabian. Ted has won national championships and reserve championships in virtually all the Pleasure Driving divisions Open or Amateur. Tara Jackson -- Tara Jackson has been riding since she was six years old. Alyaska Bey V, dam of three Scottsdale champions, four U.S. and Canadian national champions in Halter and Performance. Janet Roberts -- Janet Roberts and her husband Jack reside in Austin, Texas are no strangers to the national arena. In the past twenty years of being involved in the Arabian industry. They are one of the few owners who can say they have won national champions and reserve national champions in virtually all the purebred English Pleasure classes in the United States and Canada (EP Junior Horse, EP Open Pleasure Driving, EP AOTR, Park Open and Amateur). In 2002, Janet was named unanimous U.S. National Champion in both purebred English Pleasure AOTR 40 and over, and Park AOTR with multi-national champion Magalad. In 2003 Janet will begin a new endeavor with her new horse Allusion MTA where they have already been named Champion their first time in the ring. Morgan Farrar -- If Morgan Farrar had her way, she would spend all day on the back of a horse. During Morgan's youth career, she earned national champions and reserves at the U.S. and Canadian Nationals in Half-Arabian English Pleasure and Half-Arabian Country Pleasure as well as 2002 her first year as an adult amateur, being named U.S. Top Ten in one of our most difficult divisions Half-Arabian English Pleasure 18-39. Grayson Farrar -- When Grayson Farrar is not showing you can probably find him on any golf course that is close to home or the Fair Grounds. In both 13 and under and 14-17 divisions, Grayson has achieved Youth National Reserve Championships in Half-Arabian English Pleasure and Half-Arabian Pleasure Driving as well as Regional Champions and Top Ten honors in Purebred English Pleasure. Kingsley DeSpain -- Kingsley DeSpain has met every challenge ever put in front of her whether it be in Saddle-Seat Equitation, Country Pleasure or Ladies Side-Saddle winning national champions and reserves in all three divisions. 2003 marks her final year as a youth rider where she will compete in these three divisions on the young Half-Arabian mare owned by her parents Joel and Robin DeSpain, Ladie Ghazi. Amy Blankenship Williams -- Amy Blankenship Williams and the entire Kehilan Arabians family have been long time clients and friends of Battaglia Farms with many wins at Scottsdale, ProAm Challenge, U.S. and Canadian Nationals. 2003 will be the first year of national competition for Amy to ride her new horse The Empress NA. The duo has already accomplished regional wins and will exhibit at the national shows in 2003. George Jackson II -- George Jackson II is a 7th grade honor student who has distinguished himself in citizenship. He will be attending boarding school at St. Stephens Episcopal in Austin, Texas in the fall 2003. Susan had come to visit a friend's horse and immediately developed a passion for both the Arabian and the Half Arabian horse. In a period of just one short year, Susan has committed herself to to developing her riding skills. At her first U.S. National Championships, Susan was awarded a Top Ten in Half Arabian Country Pleasure.
